For all the rest of you, I hope to meet you in person some day too.

  1. Mrs. M says:

Had our 3 year old grandson for 2 days so I’ll be resting and recuperating. Have a bad knee, now with fluid, so I can’t help shovel the additional 4+ inches of snow we got last night , so I’ll be reading! Will finish Immortal in Death, Damned Few (excellent Navy SEAL book), and begin Three Sisters and Whispering Rock.

  2. Cris says:

Dissertation writing! I lead a very exciting life right now :) .

  3. Francesca says:

I hope to meet you in person some day too!! For now I’m definitely too far away!

I’ll spend my time with my microbiologic books and notes, studying for my upcoming exam! :???:

  4. Patricia Porter says:

Not sure what I’m doing this weekend. It’s suppose
to rain all weekend. But,Thank God ITS Friday

  5. Diane Engelhardt says:

Not so fun. My stepdaughter’s mom passed away at age 59. We are going up to Kansas for the memorial and funeral. Our 5th trip in 3 months since we’ve also been getting mom in law settled into a nursing home from her senior apartment. Very sad tho…so young…

  6. CateS says:

Spring Break starts here at the end of today’s school. I’m tired of winter and ready for spring!

  7. Melanie says:

I hope you come to the Charleston area sometime! It’s a great place to visit. :)
While the hubby is painting and doing some improvements to my bathroom, I’m going out unsupervised for a couple hours! lol I can wander Barnes and Noble, Target, Pier 1, try on shoes, and look at purses at my own leisure. It’s been ages since I’ve done that so I’m very excited. Nope, it doesn’t take much, lol.

  8. Gwen R. says:

Supposed to rain all weekend but it’s the same thing: church, dinner at parents’ house, groceries, weighing in @ WW(ick!) and avoiding the Girl Scout cookies as much as possible. :)

  9. Bailey Stewart says:

It is always a pleasure to meet Jill. This weekend? Work tomorrow, packing for the move on Sunday … or maybe not. lol I may just do absolutely nothing on Sunday – it’s been a long week.

  10. Jeanine says:

  13. MaryAnne says:

This weekend I will be recouping from knee surgery, doing rehab twice a day and taking my meds. Meds are a GOOD thing

    Ya’ll have a restful weekend.

  14. Sue G. says:

Wish I was close to LA! I’d come!

Our high school boy’s basketball team is in state playoffs. My daughter’s cheer for the team, so we will be at a basketball game on Saturday. Then oldest daughter will be going back to college on Sunday since her spring break will be over.

    Have a great weekend!

  15. D says:

My son comes home tomorrow. Yay!!!!!!! I’m going to spend the weekend cooking all his favorites. The house is too quiet with the kids all gone. Never thought I’d ever say that.

  16. Kimh says:

Xxool Sojnds fin have family there
    wish can go down there

  17. Steffi K says:

I’ll be bundled up warm this weekend its cold so I’ll be staying inside hopefully and keeping warm

  18. Lisa Tipton says:

Hope to meet you one day too! You should come do a book signing in San Antonio. :-)

As for my weekend plans, i am playing house warden to the grounded 13 year old. Boo! But at least I am at the movies right now waiting for Oz, the Great and Powerful to start. So my weekend is not totally ruined.

  19. Sue Peace says:

I really, really wish I could be there!!! I think if I left in the car right now I could maybe make it for Sunday, lol!!!
Not too much on the go here…soccer wrap up for my son this weekend, otherwise we’ll play it by ear!

I keep thinking I will take a trip up your way because I’d love to explore the country up there! Have fun, share the experience with us that aren’t there!

  26. Quilt Lady says:

No big plans for the weekend. Husband will be home so I am sure all I will hear is what do you have to eat. Its amazing how they can’t seem to do anything for their self.

  29. Lisa in California says:

You should say it is in Orange County, not LA. Santa Ana is a 30 minute drive from Los Angeles without traffic. I’m hoping to see you there!!

  30. Marcy says:

I’ll be bundled up inside reading. It’s way to cold for me!

  31. Mona K says:

I’m sitting on the couch reading…it’s so nice and quiet..hubby is sleeping. He works nights so he’s sleeping right now….I made some cookies which I may bring to a friend before I eat them all. I’m going to read Lucky In Love….just got it after ordering from Barnes.

I too wish I could meet you. I have family that live in Los Angeles I wonder how far he lives from there. Maybe I could ask him to do me a little favor…at least have a book signed by you..but I will definitely plan on visiting him some day. He is a very talented artist. ;-)

  32. Deb says:

I am so bummed! You’re going to be in our neck of the woods but we’re going to be down in the San Diego area for an ultra race (hubby is doing the 100 miler, man child is aiming for his first marathon, and I’m hoping to get in a half marathon). Since it’s an ultra, it starts Saturday morning and goes through Sunday afternoon. Otherwise, I’d be there with bells on. So completely bummed.

  33. Carol P. says:

Think EAST COAST Jill – EAST COAST!!

  34. Iris says:

I come all the way from Oz and will miss you by 4 days ??????
    I’m gutted

Sounds like heaven – you are such a hoot! Feel like we would be fast friends but too far away but maybe some day — !!! Peace!

  36. cars says:

The process of car shopping can be lengthy. You have so many
options, not to mention things to consider as you compare each one.
You will be able to make the right decision if you know enough about car shopping.

Here are some great tips on buying a car.
