Starting, ‘Doctor To The Rescue’ today by Cheryl Wyatt, while I’m at the hospital getting a CAT scan.

  33. JenM says:

I just finished Can’t Buy Me Love by Molly O’Keefe – very angsty and definitely one of those that you either love or hate (I loved it). To balance it out, I read a very sweet and lighthearted self-pubbed Regency called Miss Isabella Thaws a Frosty Lord. The heroine is blind, and it’s a perfect little Christmas story.

  46. MJ says:

    Charlotte-Pride and Prejudice Continues.

Trying a little something from my other favorite genre. Aside from your and another favorite author’s short stories, the Christmas books this year were a big disappointment and have me frustrated. Looking to get back on track with good books for the new year.

  47. Glittergirl says:

I started Jennifer Ashley’s THE SEDUCTION OF ELLIOT MaBRIDE yesterday. Awesome as always with Jennifer’s Highland Pleasures series. Elliot is just as damaged as Ian and that was her all time best :!:

  50. Leslie S says:

    The Recruit by Monica McCarty.

  51. Gina S. says:

I’m reading the Fireman who loved me. I keep stopping and starting. I’m anxious to get into book 4 of the fatal series by marie force, but I can’t do this until I finish this book and it does not seem to hold my interest, but I’m going to power throught it. I hate to not finish a book. I’m halfway in so I think it may be picking up steam now.

  52. sahar mech says:

Frisco’s Kid by Suzanne Brockmann. So far, so good. I try to concentrate but my brothers keep bugging me :???: . I love them but they obviously have a death wish to disturb me while reading a good book and I’m more than happy to be their fairy Godmother at the moment.

  53. Crystal M says:

Reading Run the Risk by Lori Foster, and I’m not getting sucked in like I wanted to. Not saying it’s bad, ’cause it’s not…but it just isn’t holding my attention like her Edge of Honor series.

  54. Donna M says:

Currently I am reading The Perfect Hope by Nora Roberts. Enjoying it thoroughly. Prior to that I read Protector by Catherine Mann, one of the Dark Ops series, liked it a lot! I also recently read Barefoot in the Rain by Roxanne St. Claire & My Kind of Christmas by Robyn Carr. All good & all favorite authors! I like seeing what others are reading, not that I need to have more “favorite authors”!! Not sure what will be next.

  55. Dee (CT) says:

Just finished Instant Gratification and am now reading A Soft Place to Fall, by Barbara Bretton.

  56. Kimh says:

    Finsh time out
    staring slyia day

  57. Laurel Skoog says:

I just started Worth the Scandal by Karen Erickson. I’m enjoying it so far.

  58. Barbara Killgore says:

Just finished Trouble in Mudbug. Laughed so hard I had tears running down my face! Usually you are the only one that can make me do that, so I will definitely be reading more of this author!

  59. Karen says:

Today I finished Wallbanger by Alice Clayton. I highly recommend it——funny, sweet, sexy story of adversaries becoming friends then falling in love.

  60. Rowena says:

Ha! I love the picture because it’s so true for me too.

I just finished reading Perfect Fit by Carly Phillips (was good) and I’m getting ready to start Shadow Woman by Linda Howard. I’m kind of scared to read it because I saw some talk on Twitter about reader’s being disappointed but I’ll push through and see how I feel about the book.

  61. Quilt Lady says:

I am reading a western romance right now. Cindy Holby’s Colorado Heart and I am really enjoying it.

  62. Sharon says:

Still reading Heart of Steel by Jennifer Probst! Enjoying book but need to find a quiet time to read!

  63. Laura says:

Working my way through ‘Shadow of Night’ by Deborah Harkness. So far so good!

  64. Eileen A-W says:

I’m reading Joann Ross’ Shelter Bay series. I’ve read them out of order but am finishing the previous books with #3 Lavender Lane. ALooking forward to #5 Glass Sea Winter. Also, there are lots on my kindle I need to read & get caught up.

  65. Kathleen O says:

On my kindle I am reading the second book in Lisa Renee Jones Tall, Dark and Deadly seriesDangerous Secrets. This series is WOW.. and in hardcover I am reaing A Perfect Hope by Nora Roberts. b

  66. Diana says:

I’m reading To Sir Phillip, with Love, the fifth book in Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series. I’m enjoying it so far. The series is really good.

  67. Mw says:

I am re-reading the Sexy series of books by Linda Frances Lee and then try to finish anna karenina in between the light readings. Want to read Les Miz by Viotor Hugo but not ready for the challenge yet. Did read the Jane Austen novels pride and predjudice and sense and Senibilty.

  68. Kelly S says:

Emotional Intelligence on audio. It isn’t great. The person reading the book sounds like a computer. Part 1 was a waste of time & paper where I think the author was trying to make it seem like a more scientic book. Part 2 was ok but redundant of other books in Business Psych type books and still hasn’t gotten on topic. Part 3 which starts in disc 5 and is nearly 5 hours into the book, shows some possibility of actually talking about Emotional Intelligence and its application, but I think the author can still screw it up (and me over) since there 6 more discs to listen to. I would have given up after the 1st disc but am reading it for a book club.

Also reading, Rescue My Heart by Jill Shalvis. Just starting chapter 7. At the moment, I thi I might be in love… With Milo. ;)

  69. aj dean says:

at last my miss jill

  70. Judy says:

I also re-read the Lucky Harbor books in December- they are my absolute favorite. Now I’m re-reading Sense of an Ending, by Julian Barnes, for book group – I have read it before, and I continue to be amazed by it. When I finish that, I will resume Janet Evanovich’s Notorious Nineteen.

  71. Judy says:

Forgot to say that I also re-read the Domestic Gods series by Robin Kaye. Well-written, fun characters, funny, sexy.

  72. Bee says:

    Oh, Myyy–George Takei
Let’s Pretend This Never Happened–Jenny Lawson
Star Wars Republic Commando #1: Hard Contact–Karen Traviss
I’m impatiently waiting on three preorders for my Nook Color, but I’m sure I will be rereading both Lucky Harbor and Fool’s Gold series books while I wait.

  73. Jane Squires says:

My book is beside bed so won’t put title in here as my mind is blank at 5 A.M. I am up due to pain all over my body from cold and my arthritis.
I thought according to your newsletter there was a contest on here – must have missed it.

  74. Auntie J says:

In the middle of “Perfect Fit” by Carly Phillips, and wondering HOW I’m going to make it to August before the next Serendipity book comes out.

  75. JulieGee says:

Just finished Instant Temptation. Loved this series as I love all of your books. I missed the first one in this series and I’m on the hunt for it.

Please tell me there is another one in the works giving us Annie & Nicks story?? With all of the details about them that you’ve given us so far, I think their story will be the best one yet.

  76. Mrs. M says:

Just discovered Vince Flynn’s Mitch Rapp books and now on the 3rd chronological book, Transfer of Power, excellent books. Reread Lucky Harbor series after reading Under the Mistletoe. Next up, Run the Risk and Seal of my dreams.

  77. Mrs. M says:

Thanks for the ideas. Just ordered books by j.d. Robb, maya banks and Catherine Mann!
