Almost forgot!

…to post a blog. Jeez, you’d think it was Christmas Eve or something.
The truth is we’ve been without power. It just flickered on so here I am, hurrying to get this blog up just for you!
We’ve have 4-5 feet of snow in two days. Winter Wonderland in Tahoe! We’re pretty buried here at the Shalvis abode.
But at least we’re all here together. For better or worse. 
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, whatever you’re celebrating. And I also hope that if like us, you’re snowed in, that you have plenty of rooms for everyone to go to their own corners as necessary.

Sorry to hear you’re snowed in. Unless you like that sort of thing. I understand about the no power. We were without for 18 hours because of the storm we had last Thursday night. However, we were lucky and only got about 3 inches of snow where I live in the Milwaukee, WI area. It was the winds that did it for us. It’s times like this that show our true characters. Lol! I hope everyone behaves for you and have a great Christmas!

Love your snowy pictures. We may have 2 or 3 snowflakes on Christmas morning but that will be it.

The good thing about being snowed in is that you can relax because you can’t go anywhere.

Merry Christmas. We have power, but our heater went out yesterday. The repair guy can come out but said from what we described he cant fix it, we need to replace it and cant get one till end of week hahahaa. but kept trying to get our address to come take a look for $300.
At least were only expecting 3-6 inches of snow. Enjoy your holidays everyone!

We have some snow, but not as much as you. I wish my abode was big wnough for people to go to their own corners. Oh well, tomorrow I’m deserting the family & flying off to Las Vegas to visit my 83 year old mom & warmer temps. She’s excited to spend some quality time with only me. I suspect she will just be dragging me along to all her social things. She’s a very active senior & leads a full life.
I hope everyone enjoys their holiday, with or without the snow & cold.

Merry Christmas late!! We were on the road from LA to NY and were in Mesa. Had to reroute from NM/OK/KS across TX to AL. Was not able to visit friends in OK/KS as planned. On the other hand, it was sunny and no snow. I’ll take it. Very strange Xmas!!
