Monday’s Musings

I knew last night’s sunset was going to be glorious so I went to the lake. And even though it was only ten degrees I got out of the car to get you a picture. Because that’s the kind of giver I am…

But I froze off lots of important parts, just so you know. Today I’m going to write while huddled up to the wood stove. I miss the days of writing outside…

What are you all reading? (and hopefully your reading list includes RESCUE MY HEART, out now)

  6. Read Rescue My Heart this weekend and loved it, the animals make this my favorite Jill Shalvis series. :lol: Now I’m reading Wolfishly Yours, a great paranormal/historical, by Lydia Dare, I’m at the 45% mark and so far it’s one of the best in the series.

  7. Finished Rescue My Heart last night. Loved it, but didn’t want it to end. Now reading Tart by Lauren Dane. PS. Can’t wait for Grif and Kate next summer!

  8. Just about to start a new read and trying to decide which from the library pile. Probably going to be Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo.

  10. I’m reading Iced by Karen Marie Moning and Rescue My Heart. The former is a library book edition so that’s for home….Rescue my Heart is on my Kindle so goes to work with me. :)

  12. Looks like you didn’t get too much snow at least. I just finished Falling For Love by Marie Force and I’m in the middle of the Wilders, so I’m moving on to Instant Gratification.

  13. Beautiful picture! I’m halfway through Keeper of the Dream by Ruby Storm, the 2nd in her Keeper series. Excellent book! Next on my list is The Sweetest Thing. Yes, I’m behind, but I like to stretch your books out and savor them. :-)

  25. I am reading One Night With A Hero, by Laura Kaye. It is the first book I have read by her, and I find myself thinking she is a little like you. Rescue My Heart is next!

  45. Going on a cruise after Thanksgiving so I’m saving all my new Kindle releases for then (Rescue My Heart, Fatal Deception, etc)- that only leaves older books for the next couple weeks. Can’t wait to get to the new stuff!

  61. What an amazing view! I’ve just finished Perfect Hope (the last of the Inns Boonboro trilogy). Now, I’m now reading Check mate which is the 3rd book of the Neighbor from Hell series. Then I’m on to Instant Gratification! Whew…..

  62. Right now I am reading Sisters by Danielle Steel. These days I only read her occasionally!! :grin: Before that I read Jaci Burton’s Paradise Awakening which was a “schorching hot”!! Whew! It would warm you up!!! :grin:

    I’m impatiently waiting for my once a month pay day so I can buy Rescue My Heart & a few other must haves.

    Enjoy the weather! We’re cold here in Big Bear Lake, but not quite THAT cold. And they want us to play soccer tonight. I said NO.

  66. I’m reading Aussie Rules and Northanger Abbey at the moment. I took a break from Northanger to fly through Rescue My Heart (which I adored!!) and then decided I needed another Shalvis fix. So I nabbed Aussie Rules and now I’m primarily reading that hole guiltily eyeing Northanger Abbey.

    I’m not allowed to by myself anything during November/December due to people needing things to buy me for the holidays, but Rescue My Heart better be under the tree!
