Fantasy Boyfriend

August 29, 2010 | Filed under: Stuff

I’m reading Dragonfly in Amber. And as I mentioned on Twitter, I have to add Jamie Fraser to my list of Fantasy Boyfriends. Ranger? Roarke? You’re both going to have to move over and share me with Jamie.

So what i want to know is, who’s YOUR fantasy boyfriend(s)? Also, I should admit, that if dogs could turn into people, my 4th fantasy boyfriend would be Frat Boy, who has the unique ability to have fun no matter what he’s doing.

Now you …?

  5. Susan says:

Jamie has topped my fantasy boyfriend list since Outlander first came out. I’ve just started reading the In Death series so now I’ve added Rourke. Ranger is on the list too along with Morelli because I just can’t choose between them.

  6. Pat L. says:

George Clooney – hey that is my fantasy! LOL.

From books – Rome from Sarah’s Child – he is the ultimate tortured hero and sexy!

Any of YOUR heroes, Jill as well as Jack and Ian from Virgin River.

Sawyer from Lost. Zsadist from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
Oh and almost every hero from a Lisa Kleypas book but especially Sebastian St. Vincent from Devil in Winter.
    I love the bad boys.

  15. Vicki says:

Ranger, Joe Winston, Jonas Wyatt, Dr. Christian Montague, Fallon Jones and last but certainly not least, Hawke (Psy-Changeling)

  16. Sara L says:

Mark Jenkins from Suzanne Brockmann’s troubleshooters (he’s a star wars geek like me!!); Riley from Nalini Singh’s Psy/Changeling series and Adam from Patricia Briggs’ Mercy Thompson series. I can’t leave off my very first fantasy boyfriend ever — Han Solo!

  17. Liza says:

I have to say Roarke always tops my list of fantasy boyfriends. Z from the Black Daggar Brotherhood is another fantasy boyfriend.

  18. Farrah says:

TJ Wilder just about killed me…and cliche but true: Edward Cullen

  19. Donna M says:

Oh, so many choices! I just finished reading JoAnn Ross’ book Crossfire so I am in love with Quinn McKade, the men in Virgin River, the series by Robyn Carr, Nora Roberts has some really super wonderful heroes to fall in love with. Last but not least those Wilder men, sigh! I could go on but this is making me sigh thinking about all those yummy males of the speciies!!

  20. Stephanie says:

Jamie, definitely. Just finishing up An Echo in the Bone and can’t wait for Diana to write the next book. I’ve heard rumors about a film being made based on this series. They had better not mess up my mental image of him. :)

  21. Tracy S says:

Okay, this list is going to be embarrassing (b/c it’s long!)

    From books:

    Joe Morelli
    Ranger
    Jack from Virgin River
    Preacher from Virgin River
    Roarke
    Wes (from Suzanne Brockmann’s “Nightwatch”)
Kenny (from Suzanne Brockmann’s “Out of Control”)
    Cam Wilder
    Quinn McKade (JoAnn Ross’ “Crossfire”)
Howard “Six-Pack” Paxton (from Jo Davis’ “Trial By Fire”)
Carter Maguire (from Nora’s “Vision in White”)

  22. Tammy says:

Gotta say I love all your guys-they are sexy and sometimes sweet but Roarke has that bad boy “thingy” going on that just makes you sweat-just gotta love it!!!!!

  23. Laure says:

Oooh, Jamie Fraser is always a favorite. Although now when I read his description, I end up envisioning WWE star Shaemus, and that’s not as hot as Jamie should be, lol.

But, always, my favorite fictional boyfriend has to be Robin Hood. I’m nearly finished with Jennifer Roberson’s excellent version, Lady of the Forest and can’t wait to get my hands on the sequel, Lady of Sherwood. Though I will always see Jonas Armstrong in my head as my beloved outlaw.

  24. Keary says:

How lucky you are to read those books from the beginning…I read Outlander many years ago and have had to wait like 3 years in between books. They are so gooood…. Jamie Fraser tops my list..

  25. Booklover1335 says:

Definitely Jamie Fraser! OMG he is the bestest hero EVER! even though I love your heroes too Jill :)
