Summer for sure! June is still bearable, and I love summer. No school, birthday season [at least for me about about 50 friends. Literally.]
Posted on November 16th, 2009 at 1:03 amPoor you. I dread the day when I wake up to something like that.

I love the fall. It’s still warmish here with a nip in the air at night. The colors are so beautiful. Fall has Halloween and Thanksgiving and the lead up to Christmas. THIS is my favorite season!

Hi Jill

Posted on November 16th, 2009 at 2:46 amWow.
Snow.
We’re quite happy up here in Northern Ontario, Canada.
No snow yet.
Well it snowed, but it melted.
*happy dance*
When it snows, and sticks, it’ll be here until April.
I don’t mind winter though.
No insects.
Thanks for sharing,
I hope you have a wonderful week.
Love & Best Wishes to you & yours,
RKCharron
xoxo

I like the beginning of Spring before the rain comes.
Have a good Monday.

Spring/summer is perfect for me. Hate winter with a passion and would love to move somewhere warm. I’m dreading the snow and cold.

I don’t think that I could choose. I would never live anywhere that I didn’t get all of the seasons. I love the snow, but love to see it go in the Spring. And I love to watch everything growing in the Spring, the start of warmer weather. Then to bring on summer with some heat and fun days laying in the sun. Oh and I love to watch the leaves change and fall off the trees in Fall.

I’m with you Jill. Definitely summer. The cabana boy sounds great too. We are having somewhat of a heat wave here in Connecticut. 65+ temps in November? I’ll take it!

I like winter. Makes you want to snuggle up inside with some decadent hot chocolate with marshmallows AND whipped cream and a good book. Also, I have a bunch of really cute convertible mittens/gloves that only accessorize well with my winter wardrobe.

I love spring and fall in TN. Now if I was somewhere on a beach, I would vote for summer too.

Summer for sure. I like when you can leave the house with what you’re wearing & not worry about jackets, gloves et.

Fall is my favorite season of the year, with the beautiful trees. But frankly, I’d just be happy with 3 seasons, if we could skip winter every year.
Posted on November 16th, 2009 at 6:59 amYes, Spring, Summer, Fall, and then Spring again, would suit me fine.
Ashley says:
Jill, I’m right there with ya. I hope there is more than one cabana boy though!!

Spring, no question. I was born in early April and Spring just resonates with my Spirit–the rebirth, regrowth of the Earth. There is no green quite like the green of Spring and I love it, it feeds my soul.

Well, if I could wake up on a tropical island with a nice breeze, that would be my choice. If not, I would like to wake up in the mountains of Colorado with a few feet of snow outside and a big fire burning and my husband handing me a hot cup of cocoa and telling me he would be just outside the window with his shirt off chopping wood…
Posted on November 16th, 2009 at 8:29 amD says:
Oh, I’m definitely with you. An island sounds good. Sunshine, warm tropical breeze. My husband and I spent the weekend in Vancouver, BC. It was wet, windy and cold. Still beautiful and fun, but I could have used a little sunshine.

It’s 18 degrees. 18!!! I need that desert island getaway BAD.

I couldn’t choose! I love ALL four seasons, but I live in the South, so we have pretty mild winters. I’m actually coveting your snow!

“maybe a cabana boy”???? Hell yes there would have to be a cabana boy. In fact there would have to be several of them.

Beautiful view. But Yikes 18 degrees and it does bring a chill to my bones. I am so not ready for the cooooold weather yet.
Jill, did you get to choose the winners of your last 2 giveaways? What names did you like?

What a beautiful picture. I would get up, have some coffee, get a good fire going and curl up with a good book if that was my view & I was living in my fantasy world!! On the other hand there would be some good looking studly man sharing it with me & he could build the fire for me then we could cuddle up!

I am SO with you; only I want my cabana guy carrying a fresh Margarita.

Fall or Winter. I love the briskness in the air, the smell of burning leaves and woodsmoke. The way you can see your breath sometimes and the colors of the leaves. The fact that I can walk outside without melting is pretty nice, too.

It sure looks cold, but still gorgeous. Of course, I can see that because it’s still in the 80s here in Miami and I’m thinking I need to get the kids some pants for school when the weathert turns a little cooler. Cabana guy? Nah. Last time I was in Vegas I had a cabana guy and he had acne! LOL. My season would be anywhere it doesn’t feel too cold or too hot but for some reason all the hot guys walked around with no shirts and no-one thought anything of it.

I like Spring and Fall equally. I enjoy t-shirt and jeans weather. I do not like being hot, and I sunburn like crazy. So no beach for me.

Wow I think 40 is cold I’m in trouble lol
I’m not ready for snow, but that picture is beautiful. Snow makes everything look pretty especially when the sun is shining.
The season I would want to have is spring. Everything is blooming and baseball season starts. Plus you have summer to look forward to.

Read your novella last night. Bah Handsome.
Not happy with all the talk of snow. The scene with the mother bear was too funny. Not to mention falling off the shed. I just thank god we don’t get as much snow as the characters in the book had to deal with.
I would love to live in Spring/Fall with no other seasons to mess it up!

Summer!!! It’s my favorite season!
Posted on November 16th, 2009 at 6:40 pmKarin says:
Now, see, I love that kind of view. If I could fall asleep and wake up in any season, it would always be winter. Of course, winter in Denver where the snow falls, melts, and then the next storm drops a few more inches.
Posted on November 17th, 2009 at 12:49 pmKristina says:
The only season I do not like is summer! Any of the others are incredible! I Love the crisp fresh air that really helps you breath stay tight, with the beautiful snow (until it gets muddy) they should make a law no driving on snow of Winter! Then in spring when everything comes to bloom! And it’s all breathtakingly beautiful! The smells of everything coming back to life! And then in Fall, with all of the cruchy leaves; but gorgeous colors! The kids playing in the pile, the only bad thing is the smell when they come inside! Nasty leave smells!
Spring and Fall have beautiful weather! A jacket every now and again. But no sweat!
