Dear Blog Readers,
As a cat, Mondays are my favorite day of the week. My human, Jill, changes my kitty litter on Mondays. Last week when she forgot, I did my business right outside the kitty box to make sure she knew she’d been a bad girl. I doubt that she’ll forget again any time soon.
Monday is trash day. This means that at some point, the stupid dog will get out and roll in the trash. I especially like when Ashes gets yelled at. I’m pretty sure dogs have no brains.
I have to go now, I have a lot planned for today. There’s my mid morning nap, then my late morning nap, then my early afternoon nap and my pre dinner nap. At some point during that time, I have to stop and stare at the spider near the wood stack because this gives my human her exercise when she jumps up and screams. My human needs her exercise.
Yep. Mondays are good days. Enjoy yours.
Sadie The Cat

Dear Sadie. your day sounds a lot like mine. Mine started off rough. My human Judy kept hitting the snooze, I kept meowing telling her I was HUNGRY. jeesh. Now she is getting ready to leave me alone for over 8 hours. Sigh.
Make sure you let them know who is boss.
Sammy the cat.

Jill-
Have you considered the possibility that there is no spider in the wood pile but Sadie stares at it just to freak you out and make you *think* there is a hairy spawn of Satan lurking there? I would not put it past her. That sweet face hides a wicked sense of humor.

Wow, Sadie. You sound like my mom’s cat except he likes his litter box cleaned after each use. If it is not, he will not use it and choose various places in which to do his business.
Jill, Sadie is a beautiful cat. I love her coloring and patterns. (Just don’t tell her, it may go to her head.)

Cute! She’s one beautiful cat! I learned the other day cats spend 2/3 of their lives sleeping.

That schedule is pretty much like both cats that I am currently taking care of. The dog has a different schedule. He gives me a very puzzled look if I don’t take him for a walk in the morning! He seems to know when I am getting ready to take him. The cats sleep so much it is unreal!!
Their Human’s will be back home tomorrow!
