A couple of years ago I started having an exterminator come twice a year (Spring and Fall) to spray for spiders. It really helps keep the population under control. I also keep multiple cans of what I like to call “super-spider-spray” in strategic locations around the house for those hearty souls that are able to breach the perimeter. Sneaky bastards are then flushed down the toilet so there is no chance of them crawling out of the trash can.

There was a spider in the shower when I turned it on this morning. I fully admit that I gave a little girly scream.

I locked myself out of the house on Wednesday. The only difference was it was in the morning, I was in my pajamas and my coffee was inside. I need to put a cookie and chip stash in the garage.
