Best Of

Dear Lord,
So far today I am doing all right. I have not gossiped, lost my temper, been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent.
However, I am going to get out of bed in a few minutes and I will need a lot more help after that. Thank you.
Amen.
(Sorry to be short and sweet and repetitive this morning but I’m on a deadline and it’s not pretty. But I also thought this cute little ditty perfectly described my state of mind at the moment)
P.S. There are frogs doing it on my grass …

This should be my mantra. Hope the deadline goes well.

I know you will make your deadline, but what about this frog thing? You have me thinking about frog love. What makes one frog more attractive than another frog? The warts? The freaky webbing between their toes? Or is it the neck bubble thing that they do? Does one girl frog say to her girlfriend, “Oh look at him! He has such a BIG neck bubble! I gotta’ get me some of that!” As for me, I gotta’ get me some coffee and stop thinking about frogs.

I love Diane W post. Best of luck on that deadline Jill, if it’s for Instant Temptation hurry up and get to writing. Can’t stop thinking about that book.. I’ve run out of new material to read, I’m barely going to make til Monday for Instant Gratification.

I need to adopt that saying. Are those frogs exhibitionists? *G*

I looked for your book Instant Gratification in the Eureka Borders yesterday! Couldn’t remember the date it was out! No luck, darn!! They did have several of your books on the shelf but I can’t remember what, my brain is dead from visiting family & friends for about 2 & a half weeks!!
Loved it but I am so glad to be home.
Good luck with the deadline, I know you will make it.

I’ll take a short or ‘Best Of’ blog from you any day, especially if it means a new book is on its way!

Maybe the bunny called the frogs in as reinforcements against Ashes, and um the frogs got distracted?
