We having fun yet?

March 19, 2009 | Filed under: Stuff

Teenagers can be very annoying. The good news is that I hold all the power, so piss me off at your own risk. Wait a minute. What’s that I see way off in the distance …??

I think I see a teenager who has annoyed me and is now my slave labor … Let’s take a closer look, shall we?

Yes. Yes, it is a teenager who has annoyed me. Keep shoveling, teenager.

Sorry, I can’t hear you. Let’s check on the other annoying teenager, shall we?

Ah, isn’t that a sight for sore eyes?

  1. Stacy ~ says:

LOL. If you were really mean, you’d make her shovel the whole driveway, but you’re not that mean, are you Jill?

Can I just say I’m so happy I don’t have that much snow right now. Spring looks like an actual possibility.

  2. Frana says:

Oh I’m glad I’m not a teenager any more  and that it stoped snowing in my part of the world (the spring is coming, yay!).

  3. Okie Sister says:

OMG, what horrible deed did these beauties commit?

  4. Cindy says:

Oh my! They must have been really baaadddd  I can feel my little piggies freezing right now just looking at all that snow !

    Stay warm!

    Cindy in VA

  5. Suzanne says:

Wow, I can’t believe how much snow you still have in March!!!

  6. Liza says:

I am so glad I don’t live where there is ever that much snow. I’d say poor teenagers, but I’m sure they did something really horrible to be stuck in the snow.

  7. Mental P Mama says:

That snow would be sending my head into the oven about now. Good thing for naughty teens, no?

  8. SonyaM says:

Ouch; and on Spring Break, too. I’m sure peach will be restored when Oldest arrives…

  9. SonyaM says:

    Oops… make that “peace.”

  10. Victoria says:

I’m glad I lived somewhere warm when I was a teenager or I probably would have been out shoveling snow all the time!

  11. Robin says:

You’ve *almost* made me wish for snow here so I could put my annoying teenager to work!

  12. april says:

I believe that’s why God gave us children… so we don’t have to do unwanted chores. I can’t wait until Little Miss gets to that point.

  13. Amy says:

    LOL! Good for you, Mom!

Uh, what did they do to piss you off?

I had kids just so I could stop taking out the trash. At least, that’s what I tell them…..

  14. Brandy says:

    Now that’s creative punishment! *G*

  15. Karin says:

Shoveling can definitely be a punishment. However, I tend it enjoy it more often than not. Of course, that’s when it’s not as much snow as you have. How I wish we had even a tiny amount of the snow you have. *sigh*

  16. d says:

You go girl!!! Teenagers will put you over the edge even faster than husbands(well, sometimes). My favorite punishment is having them pick up dog crap in the backyard(we have 2 really BIG dogs) Amazingly my is always clean

  17. Susan says:

You are such a mean mom!

  18. limecello says:

lol what a good way to keep them in line :P
