As for Alpha Man...will he be my Valentine? However, that sort of stress you don't need. I have two thoughts. One, buy a piece of exercise equipment you can use indoors. Alternatively, if you must walk, take a snub-nosed .38 pistol in a discreet shoulder holster. Take some practice shots before you venture out with it.
