Alpha Man is so funny! My bil is a cop, so he likes to be in his uniform when guys show up. He swears that on prom night he will have his riot gear on when the guy picks up Oldest.

Alpha could be my husband’s twin. LOL My hubbie made my daughter sign an agreement when she was in 3rd grade to not kiss a boy until got married or age 35 which ever came first. LOL Now that she is in 7th grade and she is noticing more boys she is talking about reneging on the agreement. LOL
The moral of the story just be glad Alpha did have your girls biding to any contracts. LOL

Don’t you love when your stories write themselves? LOL
Wasn’t it Charles Barkley who suggested killing the first boy who showed up for his daughter? Said it’d make the rest of them fall in line.

Is there a father who *doesn’t* feel this way? My hubby doesn’t think any of the “little bastards” are good enough for his girls.

Love today’s blog! I raised two daughters and can relate! The reason all men are like that with their daughter’s is because they were once teenage, hormone driven boys—need I say more!!
Great blog today Jill, thanks for the laugh!
By the way I had not heard about the Charles Barkley comment, it made me laugh even more!!

My husband said he liked the quote from actor Sean Penn on prepping his 15-year-old daughter’s dates: “I tell them that whatever they do to my daughter that night, they better be prepared to come home and do it to me too.”

Loved Alpha Man’s response. I think all Dad’s are like that - brings to mind the song from Rodney Atkins - Cleaning This Gun (Come On In Boy)

Alpha Man’s so hardcore and awesome!
A few days before my sister’s wedding, my dad went up to her then fiancé, now husband, and told him it was too late to run and if he did, my dad and his two brothers along with a large number of male relatives would hunt him down.
Loved Flashpoint. That twist at the end… dude. I was hoping it wasn’t but it was.
How in the world do you get those juicy Blaze cover models? Lucky girl, you.
Posted on August 6th, 2008 at 3:37 pmJill says:
