Tuesday Tidbit

So last night I was in the kitchen, leaning back against the counter eating ice cream with friends and family when … a HUGE spider raced nearly across my feet. HUGE. I jumped into the air and onto the counter with just the power of my butt cheeks.

Alpha Man caught him and said it was a wolf spider.

Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how unhappy I was. Everyone was forced to search the entire kitchen for the rest of the wolf spider’s family. We didn’t find any. Which is a good thing or I’d be moving right about now. Across the country.

Oh! And LOST AND FOUND SISTERS was found in JFK airport in NY! This did ease my pain somewhat… To ease my suffering, where have you seen my new book??

  1. I have to say I haven’t been out shopping lately. My husband is having back problems so we have been running back & forth to doctors trying to get him fixed up. But it’s on my Kindle.

We have Wolf Spiders here in central Texas also & they can be very big!

Take care & hope you have a great day

  2. Lol. Them wolf spiders are the size of a small dog. I hate them too. I’ve been seeing you books in Barberton,Ohio. At Marc’s, Target, and KMart etc. I’ve read it an now I have to wait for the next one which is so hard. Lol. Thank you for the morning laugh. Love you blog. Have a spider free day!

  3. I’m not a fan of spiders. I was bit by a brown recluse when I was in high school. I ended up in hospital for a week. I haven’t been out shopping lately. Next time I’m at Books A Million I will look for it!

  4. I had a mouse in the bedroom the other night. Still hasn’t been found. My cats are failing at their jobs. ๐Ÿ™

I’ve seen it at the Target in Harrisonburg, VA. I haven’t been to many stores lately.

  5. Sounds kind of like my night, I was doing the dishes and had just dumped two pans I had been soaking, when i saw something move…..A mouse had somehow fallen into the sink and had been stuck there. Hell no…Screamed and both my husband and son came running…only to laugh at me saying it’s only a mouse… Where I just had my hands!!!!!!

  6. We have brown recluse spiders in Missouri. They are worse than black widows. My son has found them in his apt and I told him to move and he just laughs at me.

  11. Hi Jill I just finished “lost and found sisters” I know you must have answered this question hundreds of time .. where did you come up with those heartfelt amazing Tilly quotes prior to each chapter? One of my most favorite is “why can’t everything be as easy as getting fat” story of my life! Thank you for giving me places to escape to when I need it most.

I’m loving the quotes at the beginning of each chapter. ๐Ÿ˜€ Is The Mixed Up Files of Tilly Adam’s Journal” for real? ๐Ÿ˜† Once I finish laundry & some other fun things I will go back to reading.
