I think it’s time for a repeat of one of my most embarrassing moments, the Me And My Luke Wilson story. Please enjoy at my expense:

(he did not make a scene when i asked him for his id either)the man who’s song the rising brought a whole new meaning when my mom got sick. i quickly rang him up told him to have a nice day once he was out of the store went into the back room and screamed i just met bruce springsteen! i then called my mom to let her know who i just met. she wasn’t happy,

  2. I waited on a local celeb once when I worked at service Merchandise. It was the reds anounce Joe Nuxhull. He was so sweet. I couldn’t wait to tell my dad when I got home.

  3. I’ve seen Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban in the mall before. Everyone left them alone, and they were so cute together. They have a few favorite restaurants around Nashville, but I’ve never seen anyone bother them.

  4. I love this story. ๐Ÿ™‚ I still can’t believe you didn’t call him back and explain you were a romance writer and your blog readers would need a photo. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. Ah yes! I love this story! Almost as much I am loving Animal Magnetisim. Can I have Brady? Pretty please! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  6. I think it’s funny that you have all these moments! Old new, I love hearing them, thanks for the late night chuckle! And I think that it is awesome that your Alpha knows you so well.. Well until those moments! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  7. What an exciting life you lead! I would have been starstruck also. Actually, I probably would have said to him, “My you look a lot like…” and promptly forget his name in my nervousness. Thanks for sharing with us! I can live vicariously through you, Jill! ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. Reminds me, sort of, of the time I met Sam Elliott at an Old West Re-enactment competition. My group had done their gun fighting skit…I had come off the line…got patched up because my stitches had torn loose (injury from the week before) moved into the shade and stood next to a tall man who smelled SOOOO good. Complimented him on his wonderful scent, and the to die for Old West fringed beaded jacket he was wearing. We started chatting and generally behaving like old friends…about forty minutes into the chatting I realized who it was I was talking to. Paused…looked him up and down then grinned. He winked and said “Now ma’am you’re not going to give me away are you?” “Nope…your secret is safe with me.” I KNEW there was a rumor he’d be showing up for the competition…but figured it was just idle gossip. OH and he really liked the skit my group had put on. *beaming*

Darn it…I was too Missouri polite to ask for his autograph or even take a picture of him.

OH OH OH…the local library got your new book “Animal Magnetism” in…and yeah me…I got it!!!! Guess what I’m going to curl up with this weekend!?
